It's damned odd how you look over the events of the last 365 days, and wonder how you made it through. Not a big surprise for me, since I know the secret for my success -- my friends and family, who really refuse to let me bury my head in the sand (and occasionally hand me another bottle).

This is the tenth annual collection of stuff that I remember from the previous year -- sounds, thoughts, and other stuff.
